My approach flows from the quiet wisdom our bodies naturally hold, wisdom that whispers beneath the surface of our busy lives. Through movement, energy work, and intentional spaces, I guide you back to this intuitive knowing that has always lived within you.

My own journey began in 2015 through the depths of anxiety and depression. What started as embracing yoga's transformative practice grew into an exploration of healing modalities that now flavours my work with others. From the subtle energetics of Reiki, to the ancient wisdom of Yoga, all have become threads in this tapestry of remembering.
