Reiki FAQ’s
What can i expect to feel during a session?
Most people describes a deep sense of calm, warmth or gentle tingling. Some feel emotional release, others simply rest. There’s not right way to receive, just trust that your body knows what you need.
do i need to beleive in reiki for it to work?
Not at all.
Reiki is subtle, but powerful. You don’t have to understand it for it to support you. Just come as you are, and allow the energy to work through you.
what happens after a session?
You may feel ighter, clearer, emotional, or simply more present. Sometimes shifts unfold over the next few days. I recommend taking it easy after your session, do some grounding and drinking plenty of water. Integration is just as important as the session itself.
How many sessions should i have?
One session can be beautiful on it’s own, but lasting shifts happen over time. Ongoing Reiki allows your body & energy to gradually release, shift, and rebuild. I recommend starting with a few sessions closer together, then listening to what your system asks for.
